Do you ever go down Rabbit Holes? You know, those unexpected deep dives into a topic that piques your interest? Scott does them frequently, mostly on cooking topics. How to boil the perfect egg, spoon butter, Griswold cast iron skillets. Chandler, my bonus daughter commented the week before my surgery that she would love to peek at my Google search history. She knew I had been trepidatious about the upcoming event and she was not wrong about my delving into every topic I could find about all things appendectomy-related. As I shared in this post, I have a toxic trait of asking Dr Google a myriad of questions. Here is just a smattering of the thoughts and concerns that went through my head before going under the knife as they say.
